We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If however, you are unsatisfied, we would be happy to offer you a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned include:
Perishable goods (such as e-liquids)
Oral devices (such as tanks)
Sale merchandise
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer! All returns should be mailed to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are return shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a shipping service that offers tracking, or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and without the item(s) we are unable to provide you with a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following this, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
